1. Scope and Application

These Delivery Terms govern the execution, production workflow, timing, and delivery of all Services provided through the Objektico Platform (the “Platform”), operated by Perspective & Projection LTD (the “Company”).

These Terms form an integral part of the Platform’s Terms & Conditions and apply to all Orders placed by Users.

By placing an Order, you acknowledge that:

  • delivery timelines are dynamic and dependent on multiple technical and operational factors

  • production of Deliverables is iterative in nature and may evolve throughout execution

  • delivery expectations are governed by these Terms rather than fixed deadlines

2. Nature of Services and Delivery

All Services provided by the Company are:

  • digitally produced

  • customized based on User input

  • delivered electronically via the Platform, file access, or direct communication

Deliverables may include, but are not limited to:

  • still images

  • 3D models and assets

  • animations and video outputs

  • branding and design materials

No physical goods are delivered.

3. Order Lifecycle and Status

Each Order progresses through a sequence of internal operational states throughout its lifecycle. The Platform may define such states dynamically, and their naming and structure may be updated over time.

For clarity, the lifecycle of an Order typically includes stages functionally equivalent to the following:

  • [STATUS: PRE-PRODUCTION] — awaiting payment, Credits, inputs, or clarification

  • [STATUS: ACTIVE PRODUCTION] — actively being processed

  • [STATUS: AWAITING USER INPUT] — waiting for User feedback or materials

  • [STATUS: TEMPORARILY PAUSED] — paused due to inactivity or dependencies

  • [STATUS: DELIVERED] — Deliverables available to the User

  • [STATUS: CLOSED] — finalized and no longer active

The User acknowledges that:

  • Order status reflects operational stage

  • certain actions depend on current stage

  • transitions may occur automatically or manually

The Company reserves the right to define and manage all Order states.

4. Start of Production

Production begins only after:

  • full payment is completed

  • Render Credits are deducted

  • all required inputs are provided

  • the Order is clear and actionable

Incomplete or unclear inputs may delay activation.

5. Delivery Completion

An Order is considered delivered when Deliverables are made accessible to the User.

Delivery does not depend on:

  • User confirmation

  • downloading or viewing

Once access is granted, the Order is considered fulfilled.

6. Delivery Timeframes

6.1 General Principle

All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

They depend on:

  • complexity

  • configuration

  • workload

  • priority level

  • revisions

6.2 Typical Ranges

  • simple: 3–7 business days

  • standard: 5–15 business days

  • complex: up to 30 business days

These are indicative only.

7. Impact of Complexity

Complexity affects delivery timelines based on:

  • detail level

  • number of elements

  • realism

  • technical precision

  • environment complexity

  • animation scope

  • output variations

  • asset integration

Higher complexity leads to longer timelines.

The Company determines complexity in good faith.

8. Production Queue

Orders are processed within a shared system.

Execution order depends on:

  • delivery speed

  • complexity

  • workload

  • resource allocation

The Company may reorder and optimize workflows at its discretion.

9. Delivery Speed Options

The Platform may offer priority options.

These:

  • affect queue position

  • influence resource allocation

  • do not guarantee deadlines

Higher priority increases likelihood of faster completion but does not ensure it.

Delivery speed is a prioritization mechanism, not a timing guarantee.

10. Revisions and Impact

Revisions:

  • create additional production work

  • may alter scope

  • affect delivery timelines

Each revision may:

  • extend timelines

  • reset delivery expectations

Major revisions may be treated as new production phases or Orders.

11. Revision Scope Management

The Company may:

  • group minor changes

  • limit scope per revision

  • require additional Credits

This prevents uncontrolled expansion of scope.

12. Client Responsibilities

The User must:

  • provide accurate inputs

  • supply necessary assets

  • respond promptly

  • review Deliverables

Failure may cause delays or reduced priority.

13. Client Inactivity

If no response for 30 days after delivery or revision:

  • Order is closed

  • no further revisions accepted

  • latest version is final

The Order may lose queue position during inactivity.

14. Acceptance

Deliverables are accepted when:

  • User confirms completion, or

  • no feedback is given within 30 days

Further work requires a new Order or Credits.

15. Delivery Interruptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • workload

  • technical limits

  • revisions

  • prioritization

No guarantee of uninterrupted workflow.

16. No Guaranteed Deadlines

No fixed deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a service-level agreement (SLA).

17. No Compensation for Delays

Delays do not:

  • constitute failure

  • entitle refunds or compensation

18. Professional Standards

Services are performed with reasonable effort and industry standards.

Due to subjectivity:

  • results may vary

  • satisfaction is not guaranteed

19. Final Provisions

Services are:

  • custom

  • iterative

  • dynamic

The Company acts in good faith in execution and delivery.
