Objektico Terms & Conditions

1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Perspective & Projection LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Objektico platform (the “Platform”) and all related services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, purchasing Credits, placing an Order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;

  • you agree to be legally bound by them;

  • you accept all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

4. Platform Model and Scope of Services

Objektico operates as a centralized digital production platform.

All Services are:

  • configured by the User through the Platform interface;

  • executed by human specialists, automated systems, or a combination thereof;

  • delivered exclusively in digital form.

The Platform does not operate as:

  • a peer-to-peer marketplace;

  • a freelance exchange between users.

All Services are provided directly by the Company or through its internal systems and partners.

Due to the customized, technical, and subjective nature of creative work, outcomes may vary and may not match individual expectations beyond the defined Order scope.

The Company may refuse, pause, review, or cancel an Order where the requested Service, User Materials, payment, Account activity, or instructions raise legal, technical, security, fraud prevention, intellectual property, or compliance concerns.

5. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction, legal requirements, or compliance considerations.

We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify your age, identity, Account ownership, payment ownership, legal capacity, authority to act on behalf of an entity, or compliance with these Terms.

Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in refusal, suspension, or restriction of access to the Platform.

6. Accounts and User Responsibilities

You must create an Account to access Services and provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • all activity conducted under your Account;

  • ensuring that any materials or instructions you provide are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights;

  • ensuring that payment methods used through the Platform are authorised for your use;

  • keeping your Account information accurate and up to date.

Only one Account per user is permitted unless explicitly authorized.

You must notify us immediately at care@objektico.design if you suspect unauthorized access, Account compromise, unauthorized payment activity, or any security issue affecting your Account.

We may request additional information or evidence if we reasonably suspect that an Account is being shared, transferred, compromised, used by an unauthorized person, connected to suspicious payment activity, or used in breach of these Terms.

Such information may include identity confirmation, proof of Account ownership, proof of payment method ownership, billing confirmation, transaction records, screenshots, or other evidence reasonably required to confirm that the Account activity is legitimate.

7. Internal Credit System

7.1 Nature of Credits

The Platform operates on a prepaid credit-based system.

Credits:

  • are not legal tender;

  • are not electronic money;

  • do not represent deposits or financial instruments;

  • do not accrue interest;

  • have no monetary value outside the Platform.

Credits represent a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access Services.

7.2 Types of Credits

The Platform uses two distinct types of Credits:

  • Render Credits used for primary Orders;

  • Revision Credits used exclusively for modifications.

Credits are not interchangeable.

7.3 Acquisition of Credits

Credits may be obtained through:

  • deposits;

  • credit packages, which may include bonus allocations.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We may refuse, delay, cancel, or review a Credit purchase where payment, Account activity, billing information, device indicators, location indicators, order activity, or other transaction details appear suspicious, inconsistent, unauthorized, abusive, high risk, or otherwise require verification.

7.4 Restrictions on Credits

Credits:

  • cannot be transferred between users;

  • cannot be resold or traded;

  • cannot be redeemed for cash;

  • may only be used within the Platform.

We reserve the right to adjust balances in cases of:

  • technical errors;

  • payment failures;

  • suspected fraud or abuse;

  • unauthorized transactions;

  • chargebacks or payment disputes;

  • duplicate crediting;

  • incorrect bonus allocations;

  • Account misuse;

  • breach of these Terms.

7.5 Refunds for Credits

Credits are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical issues affecting payment processing.

Where a refund, reversal, chargeback, payment dispute, or payment failure occurs after Credits have been issued or used, we may deduct the corresponding Credits, reverse the affected Balance, suspend access to Services, pause Orders, or require payment of any outstanding amount.

7.6 Credit Verification

We may request documentation or information to verify the validity of any Credit purchase, Balance adjustment, refund request, chargeback, payment dispute, or suspected misuse of Credits.

This may include proof of payment, billing confirmation, cardholder or payment account holder confirmation, transaction receipts, screenshots, correspondence with payment providers, Account ownership evidence, or any other information reasonably necessary to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction.

Pending completion of a review, Credits may be temporarily frozen, Orders may be paused, and use of the Balance may be restricted.

8. Orders and Pricing

All Orders are configured and priced dynamically based on user selections.

Pricing may depend on:

  • complexity;

  • level of detail;

  • scope of work;

  • number of outputs;

  • resolution;

  • delivery speed;

  • additional options.

An Order becomes binding once:

  • the User confirms the price;

  • the required Credits are deducted.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, review, pause, or adjust Orders where necessary.

By placing an Order, you expressly request and consent to the immediate commencement of the Services. You acknowledge that production may begin immediately, including planning, scheduling, creative review, technical preparation, and allocation of resources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

We may pause or delay the commencement or continuation of an Order where the Account, payment, Credit Balance, User Materials, instructions, or Order activity requires security, fraud prevention, compliance, intellectual property, or technical review.

9. Complexity and Scope Determination

Each Order is evaluated based on its technical and creative requirements.

Complexity may depend on factors including:

  • level of detail;

  • number of elements;

  • realism requirements;

  • technical precision;

  • environmental complexity;

  • animation scope;

  • integration with external assets;

  • quality or completeness of User Materials;

  • number of references or requested variations;

  • use of AI-assisted or automated production steps.

The Company retains the right to determine complexity and required effort at its sole but reasonable discretion.

If an Order appears materially different from its selected configuration, or if the User’s instructions are incomplete, misleading, technically unsuitable, unlawful, or inconsistent with the selected scope, we may request clarification, additional Credits, revised instructions, or additional verification before continuing production.

10. Revisions

Any modification to Deliverables constitutes a revision.

Revisions:

  • require Revision Credits;

  • are evaluated individually;

  • must be approved before execution.

Users may receive limited Revision Credits:

  • per Order;

  • as part of promotional or package-based bonuses.

Additional revisions require sufficient available Credits.

The Company reserves the right to determine:

  • revision scope;

  • required Credits;

  • whether a request qualifies as a revision or a new Order.

Revision requests may be refused or paused where they involve unlawful content, infringing materials, abusive instructions, suspected misuse of the Platform, or unresolved payment, Credit, Account, or verification issues.

11. Impact of Revisions on Delivery

Revisions alter the production workflow.

Accordingly:

  • each revision may extend or reset delivery timelines;

  • substantial revisions may require timelines comparable to new Orders.

Delivery timelines may also be affected by:

  • delayed client feedback;

  • incomplete or changing instructions;

  • missing User Materials;

  • pending payment or Credit verification;

  • Account security review;

  • suspected misuse or policy review;

  • third-party system limitations;

  • AI system availability or output limitations.

12. Delivery of Services

All Deliverables are provided digitally via the Platform or electronic communication.

Delivery timeframes:

  • are estimates only;

  • depend on complexity, workload, and Order configuration.

Typical delivery ranges may vary from a few business days up to 30 business days for complex Orders.

Work begins only after:

  • full payment;

  • sufficient Credits;

  • complete brief;

  • all required materials are received;

  • any required verification or compliance review is completed.

Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

An Order is considered fulfilled once Deliverables have been made available to the User, regardless of whether they have been accessed, downloaded, or reviewed.

Nothing in this section constitutes a service-level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed turnaround commitment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions, late feedback, invalid materials, unresolved payment issues, pending fraud prevention checks, pending verification requests, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Acceptance of Deliverables

Use of Deliverables constitutes full acceptance of the Services.

By accessing, downloading, publishing, implementing, sharing, or otherwise using Deliverables, the User waives any claims based on dissatisfaction, perceived non-conformity, or subjective expectations, except as otherwise provided through the revision mechanism.

Where the User does not provide feedback or request revisions within applicable timeframes, Deliverables may also be deemed accepted.

Acceptance does not limit the Company’s right to investigate later-discovered fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized payments, misuse of Credits, infringement claims, or violations of these Terms.

14. AI-Assisted Services

Certain Services are powered by automated or AI-assisted systems.

AI-generated outputs:

  • may vary;

  • may not fully match user expectations;

  • depend on input quality and system limitations.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • exact prompt interpretation;

  • uniqueness of output;

  • suitability for specific use cases;

  • absence of similarity to third-party materials;

  • legal registrability of names, marks, designs, or branding concepts;

  • commercial effectiveness of creative outputs.

User inputs may be processed by third-party systems as necessary.

The Company does not control such systems and does not guarantee their data handling practices.

You acknowledge that any data submitted for AI processing is transmitted at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • prompts and inputs;

  • uploaded materials;

  • legal compliance;

  • verifying whether Deliverables are suitable for intended use;

  • obtaining any required third-party permissions;

  • ensuring that submitted materials do not include confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or infringing content unless expressly authorised and appropriate for processing.

We may refuse or review AI-assisted requests where prompts, uploaded materials, or intended uses appear unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights to Deliverables remain with the Company until full payment is completed and all relevant Credits or payment obligations have been validly settled.

Upon full payment, valid settlement of the relevant transaction, and absence of unresolved chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud concerns, or material breach of these Terms, ownership rights in the final Deliverables produced specifically for the User are transferred to the User, subject to these Terms.

The Company retains the right to:

  • use Deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes;

  • retain internal production files, working files, drafts, prompts, concepts, and process materials unless expressly agreed otherwise;

  • reuse general skills, techniques, workflows, know-how, templates, styles, production methods, and non-client-specific elements.

The User represents that all User Materials submitted to the Platform are owned by the User or lawfully provided with all necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions.

The User is responsible for any claims arising from submitted materials, instructions, references, prompts, branding elements, third-party assets, or requested uses of Deliverables.

We may request evidence of rights, permissions, licences, or ownership where User Materials or requested Deliverables appear to involve third-party intellectual property, brand assets, likenesses, restricted content, or other legal risk.

16. Payments, Fraud Prevention, and Chargebacks

Payments are processed via supported card methods or other payment methods made available on the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted through the Platform.

We reserve the right to perform fraud checks and restrict suspicious transactions.

This may include review of:

  • Account details;

  • payment status;

  • billing information;

  • transaction history;

  • Credit purchases;

  • Balance activity;

  • Order history;

  • refund requests;

  • chargebacks;

  • device or technical indicators;

  • location or risk indicators;

  • support communications;

  • information provided by payment processors, fraud prevention providers, identity verification providers, or other service providers.

We may request additional information, documents, confirmations, or evidence where reasonably necessary to verify the validity, security, legality, or authenticity of an Account, payment, Credit purchase, Balance adjustment, Order, refund request, chargeback, or other activity connected with the Platform.

Such information may include, but is not limited to:

  • proof of identity;

  • proof of age;

  • proof of address;

  • proof of payment method ownership;

  • billing confirmation;

  • payment receipts or transaction confirmations;

  • cardholder or payment account holder confirmation;

  • screenshots showing payment, Account, Balance, Order, or Platform status;

  • correspondence with banks, card issuers, payment providers, or other relevant third parties;

  • evidence that the Account has not been compromised;

  • company authorization documents where an Account or payment is used on behalf of a business;

  • evidence of ownership or lawful use of User Materials;

  • any other information reasonably required to assess suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback risk, Account misuse, refund abuse, infringement risk, or unlawful activity.

Pending completion of a review, we may:

  • delay or refuse a payment;

  • withhold or reverse Credits;

  • freeze or adjust a Balance;

  • pause or cancel Orders;

  • delay delivery of Deliverables;

  • restrict Account access;

  • refuse further transactions;

  • withhold refund processing where permitted by law;

  • take other reasonable protective measures.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, false payment claims, misuse of Credits, or abuse of refund mechanisms may result in Account suspension or termination.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or payment failure occurs after Services have begun or Deliverables have been provided, we may suspend the Account, revoke access to Deliverables where technically possible, reverse Credits, pause active Orders, withhold further Services, and seek recovery of amounts owed.

If you fail or refuse to provide requested verification information within a reasonable period, or if the information provided is false, altered, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, or unverifiable, we may treat the relevant Account, transaction, Credit activity, Order, refund request, or chargeback as suspicious or invalid.

In such cases, we may cancel Orders, restrict or terminate the Account, refuse future transactions, report the matter to payment providers or relevant authorities where appropriate, and take any other action available under these Terms or applicable law.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to request or create content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

You must not use the Platform to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;

  • submit stolen, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained materials;

  • impersonate another person or entity;

  • misrepresent your authority to request Services or use submitted materials;

  • abuse Credits, refunds, chargebacks, promotions, or support processes;

  • bypass security, payment, fraud prevention, verification, or Platform controls;

  • interfere with Platform systems, infrastructure, or other users;

  • use automation, bots, scraping, or unauthorized technical methods to access the Platform;

  • submit false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information or documents.

18. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate Accounts to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, protect users, secure the Platform, resolve payment or Credit issues, investigate suspected violations, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account if:

  • you violate these Terms or related policies;

  • your Account activity appears fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful;

  • you provide false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information;

  • you fail or refuse to complete a reasonable verification request;

  • your payment, Credit purchase, Balance activity, Order, refund request, chargeback, or Account activity cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction;

  • you submit infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized User Materials;

  • you misuse AI Services or request prohibited content;

  • you attempt to bypass security, payment, Credit, refund, or anti-fraud controls;

  • suspension is required by law, payment provider requirements, regulatory request, court order, or law enforcement request.

During suspension, we may pause Orders, restrict access to Deliverables, freeze Credits, prevent new purchases, withhold further Services, or review existing activity.

Termination or suspension does not release you from obligations incurred before the effective date, including payment obligations, chargeback cooperation, verification obligations, liability for misuse, and obligations concerning User Materials.

19. Language

Support is provided in English.

Translation tools may be used for convenience, but the English version of these Terms and related policies shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.

20. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

No guarantee of satisfaction, commercial performance, creative outcome, technical compatibility, marketing success, brand success, uniqueness, or suitability for a particular purpose is provided unless expressly stated in writing.

The Company does not guarantee that:

  • the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available;

  • all defects will be corrected;

  • AI-generated or creative outputs will meet subjective expectations;

  • Deliverables will be legally registrable, protectable, or commercially successful;

  • third-party tools, systems, or integrations will remain available;

  • production timelines will never be affected by technical, compliance, payment, verification, or operational issues.

21. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

Where the claim relates to a Credit purchase rather than a specific Order, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Credit purchase giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, or business;

  • losses caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, or infringing User Materials;

  • losses caused by third-party systems, AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, or external tools;

  • dissatisfaction with subjective creative outcomes outside the defined Order scope;

  • delays caused by missing information, late feedback, pending verification, payment review, chargeback review, or force majeure events;

  • suspension, delay, refusal, cancellation, or restriction of Accounts, Orders, Credits, Deliverables, or payments where such action is taken reasonably for fraud prevention, security, compliance, payment verification, intellectual property review, or enforcement of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

You are responsible for claims arising from your use of the Platform, your User Materials, your instructions, your prompts, your use of Deliverables, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, your misuse of Credits, unauthorized payment activity, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • materials or instructions you submit;

  • infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights;

  • unlawful or prohibited use of Deliverables;

  • breach of payment obligations;

  • unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes;

  • breach of these Terms or related policies;

  • misuse of the Platform, Credits, AI Services, or Deliverables.

23. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include technical failures, internet outages, hosting failures, AI provider downtime, payment processor issues, cyber incidents, labour disputes, natural disasters, government action, legal restrictions, war, civil unrest, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Performance may be delayed or suspended for the duration of such event.

24. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be attempted to resolve via support.

You should contact care@objektico.design and provide sufficient information to allow us to review the issue, including relevant Account details, Order details, payment details, screenshots, and any other information reasonably required to assess the dispute.

We may request additional verification or supporting documents where the dispute involves payment, Credits, chargebacks, Account ownership, User Materials, Deliverables, or alleged unauthorized activity.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

25. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed where modification is not possible.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Platform, constitute the full agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Platform and Services.

They supersede any prior agreements, communications, representations, or understandings relating to the Platform or Services.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

28. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Changes will not affect Orders already accepted unless the change is required by law, regulation, payment provider requirement, security necessity, or fraud prevention need.
